Returns
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

Return Process
1. Submit written cancellation to info@HXlabs.co.uk.co.uk within the statutory period
2. Await return authorisation and prepaid shipping label
3. Dispatch items in original outer packaging via tracked service
4. Refund processed within 14 days of verified receipt
Liability Limitation
We reserve the right to refuse returns failing condition checks or to deduct reasonable costs for diminished value where packaging damage has occurred.
